I engaged in user interviews to grasp the needs, pain points, and expectations for a multi-service platform. Simultaneously, I delved into the analysis of prevailing super apps and social marketplaces, identifying successful features, user experiences, and best practices.

Additionally, a thorough examination of competitors' offerings allowed me to pinpoint gaps and areas for improvement within Cashia.

I implemented a seamless onboarding process, leveraging progressive profiling to gather essential user data and provide a personalized experience. I designed a user-centric navigation system with intuitive icons and clear labels, ensuring easy access to different sections. To address user concerns, I incorporated robust security measures, transparent data handling, and options to control privacy settings.

Employing machine learning algorithms, I personalized service recommendations and social content based on user behavior and preferences.
