Research
and discovery

User research &
competitor analysis

I conducted user interviews and surveys to comprehend the preferences, needs, and pain points of Gigi Wear's target audience—women aged 18-45 with an interest in fashion. Simultaneously, I analyzed competitors' websites and apps to identify industry best practices and potential areas for differentiation.

Additionally, I reviewed Gigi Wear's existing content, including product photos, descriptions, and branding materials, to determine which assets could be repurposed for the new digital platform.

Design
and prototyping

Responsive design
& Prototyping

I crafted a clean, modern, and visually appealing interface for Gigi Wear that harmonizes with the brand identity, employing a color palette and typography resonating with the target audience.

Ensuring responsiveness, the website and app offer a consistent, optimized experience across diverse devices and screen sizes. Interactive prototypes were developed to simulate user interactions, facilitating feedback collection from both stakeholders and potential users.

User testing

Usability &
A/B Prototyping

I conducted usability tests with a small group of participants to identify usability issues and design flaws, iterating on the designs based on received feedback. Additionally, A/B tests were implemented on various design elements and features to assess and determine which variations yielded better performance in terms of engagement and conversions.
